One of the more popular beaches on St. John, Cinnamon Bay is a beautiful place to spend the day whether it be relaxing under the shelter of palm trees, sunning on the sandy beach, or snorkeling in the calm waters.

Cinnamon Bay sports a very long beach that commonly brings to mind thoughts of paradise. It has all sorts of amenities available to visitors. Open to the public are restrooms, showers, a store, and a restaurant. There's also a rentals available for mountain bikes, kayaks, windsurfing equipment, snorkeling gear, and more. There is parking available on site.

Snorkeling here appeals to beginners and experts alike. For the newer swimmer, head towards either end of the beach where rocks support all kinds of life. Fish abound, and access is easy from the smooth beach.

For something a bit more challening and definitely more interesting, head out to Cinnamon Cay. This small island just off shore has some great sites, including the remains of a crashed Cesna aircraft.
